  • Construction workers with strong finishing skills who can learn the trade properly
  • People who arrive on time and prepared
  • Workers who leave clean, tidy finishes behind them
  • Operators who communicate with builders and supervisors
  • People who solve problems instead of waiting to be chased
  • Team players who help maintain the crew's standard
  • Valid driver's licence and White Card

Most days run 6:30am to 3pm across Gold Coast job sites. We have a shed with every colour, material, consumable needed for the job, grab what you need and get after it.

The work

What the job actually involves

This is the work, day in and day out.

  1. 01Prep joints properlyCleaning, backing rod, masking and priming. The prep is why our joints do not fail.
  2. 02Apply silicone, polyurethane and fire-rated sealantsThe right product for the substrate, movement and exposure, every time.
  3. 03Tool clean, consistent finished jointsStraight lines, consistent depth, matched colour. Architectural finish standard.
  4. 04Work across residential and commercial sitesWaterfront homes, multi-residential towers and commercial builds across the Gold Coast.
  5. 05Communicate issues earlyAccess, scope, materials or site conditions. Flag it early, not after it costs a day.
  6. 06Leave work areas clean and professionalMasking pulled, offcuts binned, area swept. Supervisors notice and it keeps us on their jobs.
